One person answers this address. Write in English if you can, and say what the app did and what you expected.
A purchase that has not arrived
Almost always one of these three, in this order:
- Open the Shop tab and tap Restore purchases. A purchase that completed on another device, or before a reinstall, lands with this.
- Check whether it is waiting for approval. With Ask to Buy, Apple holds the purchase until an approver responds, and the app says so. The chips arrive by themselves once it comes through — nothing needs doing here.
- Write to us. Include the App Store order ID from the receipt Apple emailed you, the product you bought, and roughly when. That is enough to find the transaction and credit it.
Payment itself is Apple’s. Refunds are requested throughreportaproblem.apple.com, not through us — we never take the payment and cannot reverse it.
Managing or cancelling Plus
From the app: Shop tab, then Manage subscription. From the phone: Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the period you have already paid for running to its end.
Deleting your account and its data
In the app: Profile tab → Delete account. It removes the account and its chips for good, and it cannot be undone.
The app will refuse while chips of yours are still in play — stand up from any table you are seated at, and close any private room you opened, then try again. This is so a deletion cannot strand the other players in a hand.
If you cannot reach the app for some reason, write tosupport@quietpoker.app from the address on the account and ask for deletion. What is stored in the first place is listed in the Privacy Policy.
If you only ever played offline, there is nothing to delete: offline play needs no account and sends nothing to a server. Removing the app removes it.
Reporting a bug
Useful in the message, in rough order of usefulness:
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- Whether it was an offline table, an online one, or outside a hand
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version
- A screenshot, if the screen showed it
Trouble signing in
Signing in uses Sign in with Apple. If it fails repeatedly, check that you are signed into an Apple Account on the device, and that the date and time are set automatically — a clock that is far out makes the sign-in fail in a way that looks like a rejection.
You do not need an account to play offline. Signing in is what lets chips and a subscription follow you to another device, and what private rooms need.
